What do we offer?

Extremity Work/Adjustments-Most people have a very limited idea of what chiropractors actually do.  Although we get great results with back pain, we can also work on other joints in the body including the jaw, shoulders, elbows, wrists, hands, hips, knees, ankles and feet.  Many patients have enjoyed great non-surgical outcomes with problems such as TMJ dysfunction, rotator cuff syndrome and carpel tunnel syndrome just to name a few.

Sports injury rehabilitation-We teach our patients exercise regiments designed specifically for them to rehabilitate an injured or dysfunctioning area when appropriate.  Symptom based treatment can go on forever unless the underlying muscle weakness and imbalance is addressed

Sport Specific exercises and preventative injury training- We take a look at your everyday activities, exercise habits, job and sport to design a program of stability exercises stretches, and nutritional consult to keep you in the game longer and to perform better. We are located in a strength and performance facility that allows you to achieve the results you want and faster!

Kinesiotaping-The Kinesio Taping® Method is a definitive rehabilitative taping technique that is designed to facilitate the body’s natural healing process while providing support and stability to muscles and joints without restricting the body’s range of motion as well as providing extended soft tissue manipulation to prolong the benefits of manual therapy administered within the clinical setting. Latex-free and wearable for days at a time, Kinesio® Tex Tape is safe for populations ranging from pediatric to geriatric, and successfully treats a variety of orthopedic, neuromuscular, neurological and other medical conditions. The Kinesio® Taping Method is a therapeutic taping technique not only offering your patient the support they are looking for, but also rehabilitating the affected condition as well. By targeting different receptors within the somatosensory system, Kinesio® Tex Tape alleviates pain and facilitates lymphatic drainage by microscopically lifting the skin.  This lifting affect forms convolutions in the skin thus increasing interstitial space and allowing for a decrease in inflammation of the affected areas.

Active Release Technique-This technique is a patented, state of the art soft tissue system/movement based massage technique that treats problems with muscles, tendons, ligaments, fascia and nerves. Headaches, back pain, carpal tunnel syndrome, shin splints, shoulder pain, sciatica, plantar fasciitis, knee problems, and tennis elbow are just a few of the many conditions that can be resolved quickly and permanently with ART. These conditions all have one important thing in common: they are often a result of overused muscles

Access to Metabolic Meals Services-An organic, meal delivery service specific to the nutrient needs of the body. Check them out...

Chiropractic Adjustments-Chiropractic adjustments are gentle manipulations of the spine or other joints.  The purpose of the manipulation is to restore joint mobility by applying a controlled force into a joint that is restricted in its movement.  By restoring proper motion to a joint that is not functioning properly, the mechanics and nervous system will be improved.

Core stability training-Core muscle weakness is a major cause of many musculoskeletal problems and pain syndromes.  By developing proper core muscles, many problems can be resolved as well as preventing many future injuries.

Sports physicals-Physical examinations are required for participation in most extracurricular activities in school.  We are an approved provider of these exams.  The typical fee charged for the completion of one of these exam is $25
